ABOUT ME
Welcome!
For my entire life, I’ve had an abiding love of reading, writing, and grammar. I’m a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of San Francisco, where I majored in psychology and minored in German.
For 20 years prior to completing the course Transcript Proofreading: Theory and Practice™, I worked in the publishing industry as a magazine editor for Mondo 2000 magazine and as a copy editor and proofreader. As a professional proofreader, I’m highly skilled in proofreading a variety of texts, and I have a solid background in medical and legal terminology.
I was taught based on Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters, The Gregg Reference Manual, Margie Wakeman Wells’ Court Reporting: Bad Grammar, Good Punctuation, and NRCA guidelines.
I look forward to connecting with you! Please contact me with any questions.
