Scoping
Includes full-audio verbatim scoping in Case Catalyst, researching names and business data, resolving conflicts, adding drops, adding missing/mislabeled speaker IDs, By lines and Q & A, and correcting untranslates by audio and/or reading raw steno as needed.
Standard: $1.50 per page

Business Days
Sundays and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day) are not included as business days.
Rate is based on the time stamp of when I confirm receipt of your transcript.
Jobs received after 8 pm Pacific Time count as if received at 8 am the following day.
Invoicing & Payment
First-time clients or a one-time job will be invoiced upon completion of the job, with payment due in 15 days. All other clients will be billed on the 1st and 15th of each month, with payment due in 15 days. Late payments will be charged a 10% fee.
